Industrial steel buildings covered with special insulated panels PIR 120 mm with secret fix  form Austria. This sandwich panels finishes guarantee the highest possible level of heat and acoustic insulation from the outside, making the structure not only an ideal area for the storage of goods but also a useful work area.

Exterior

  • Exposed side 25 μm polyester coating with a PVC protective film (protects against solar radiation). The film must be removed no later than 10 weeks after the production date (visible on the longitudinal panel seam).

Interior

Insulation core

  • PIR rigid foam manufactured in continuosly foamed process, approx. 95 % closed cells, shear resistant bond with steel sheet.
  • Density approx. 40kg/m³, absolutely no chlorofluorocarbons and halogenated chlorofluorocarbons, pentane foaming system 

Panel connection

  • Double tongue and groove system in which the special labyrinth profile allows the screw head to be counter-sunk and fully covered by the next panel - covered, hidden fastening. The intergrated seal guarantees max. possible wind tightness. The panels interlock precisely, with no thermal bridge. The facade panel PREMIUM FP-P offers excellent structural properties and enables longer spans through the use of a pressure distribution plate.
